Hailey Vest is a director, actor, writer, and producer who grew up on both the stage and screen. Her work spans theater and film, with a focus on stories that start conversations around family dynamics, equality, human rights, and authentic representation.
As a director, Hailey refuses to be limited by one medium. She brings deep research, intentionality, and a clear vision to every production — and her experience both in front of and behind the camera informs her unique insight on set.
She believes we are all more similar than we are different, and that film and theater are mediums that can expand our understanding of the human experience and build genuine connection.

I'm drawn to stories that start conversations. The majority of my work revolves around family dynamics, equality, human rights, and authentic representation… specifically without punching down. I believe we are all more similar than we are different, and film/theater is a medium that can expand our understanding of the human experience and build connection.
